Marvin Desert Camp

I went in 2021 around Diwali and loved seeing the city lit up, with such a pure vibe. The weather was perfect in the mornings and evenings. The camp is a lovely place to stay in this beautiful part of Jaisalmer, with clean sand dunes, and it was clean and well maintained. The food was fantastic, and I enjoyed walking in the desert and watching the mesmerizing sunsets. The cultural night with Rajasthani folk artists was pure bliss, an experience of a lifetime. Hope I can visit again soon :)

We'd heard camp food could be average, but both dinner and breakfast at Marvin were exceptional and really tasty. The cultural program was interesting too, with some nice performances by village folk. The only issue was that some people seemed to have water problems early in the morning, though we didn't experience that ourselves. Our driver suggested the camp, and at first we thought it might just be a commission arrangement. It turned out to be one of the best desert camps in Sam's. We got a warm welcome drink on arrival, then were shown to our tent promptly after the formalities. It was very clean, and they provided water bottles. The bathroom was separated by a flap and was clean as well. They arranged camel rides, sunset views, and a night safari. That safari was the highlight: we spent around three hours away from the other camps and lights, watching the stars. The next morning we got up early to see the sunrise from another part of the desert. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good desert camp.

We spent one night here and found the camp nice and clean. The staff were very helpful, and the camel safari was great. We enjoyed the evening dance and good food. I highly recommend the place. Thanks 🙏

We visited Marvin Desert camp on New Year’s Eve 2021 and had a memorable time. The place was neat and clean, and the food, cultural program, and adventure activities included in the package were all amazing. We highly recommend Marvin!
