The room cost 1200/-, and it was a horrible experience. I booked an AC room, but there were bed bugs, no key for the room, and the TV and bathroom hot water weren't working. The lighting was inadequate, and the old cupboard seemed like it might collapse, so we didn't use it for our luggage. The sofa was old too.

We booked for three days, but the Wi-Fi listed on the OYO app wasn't available. Hygiene was poor, with cigarette smells throughout and alcohol bottles scattered around like a local lodge. The mess left by the previous customer hadn't even been cleared, and the bin had condoms in it. Hospitality was awful. The worst hotel and service I've ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The mattresses and blankets smelled bad, and the rooms were unclean. Even the bathroom bucket and mug for bathing were dirty. Bad experience. I won't come back or recommend it.

The bed and cot were poorly maintained, the bedspreads were too, and the couch had broken legs. There was no door lock, so I had to ask the staff to find me a room with a working main door lock. The washroom was also badly kept, and the TV screens and general feel of the place reminded me of a hurricane-hit area. It had no maintenance at all. Bed bugs, leftover cigarette ashes, and general untidiness made this the worst hotel stay I've had. I wish there were a negative rating button.
