There weren't even fans in the room, which made it uncomfortable. The toilets were unhygienic, and the place lacked basic upkeep and cleanliness. Dust, old furniture, and dirty curtains made for an extremely disappointing stay.
Sachin the property manager was kind and professional, and helped me a lot. The room and service were excellent for the money, and I had a good time. I'd recommend it for solo or family travellers.
A very nice place to stay in Shimla. The location is good, the washroom and rooms were very clean, and the staff were nice. Parking is available too, and everything was excellent.
The staff were very rude, acting as though we were staying for free. We weren't given towels or soap for the bathroom, and it took three requests at reception before they replaced the faulty fan in our room.
Poor service. I booked through make my trip, but the reception denied that booking.
