Hotel O Aluva Town

The service was very bad, and the place wasn’t cleaned properly. They didn’t even provide a towel or bath soap to freshen up. Why are we paying for this? I’ve never had such a pathetic, terrible stay. I suspect the positive reviews are a scam, since nobody who stayed there would write one.

I paid for two nights but had to leave after the first because staying there was unbearable. The room was filthy, smelled of cigarette smoke, and the bathroom was disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned or maintained. It wouldn’t lock from the outside, which is a serious safety issue. There was no drinking water, towels, soap, or internet. The TV was there but had no signal. When I asked the front desk in the morning, they said it would be taken care of “soon” and then did nothing. The front office staff were completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Charging a high price for somewhere so dirty, unsafe, and poorly managed is ridiculous. Avoid this place at all costs.

The TV and heater weren’t working, and the place wasn’t clean. There wasn’t even a waste bin. The real property didn’t match the owner’s photos. Don’t trust the Google ratings. Very bad experience, the worst.
