They really didn’t know how to deal with a customer. I went to their bar for a beer, put the money in the holder and handed it to the waiter. He came back saying there was no money. I asked them to check the camera, but they refused. I ended up paying twice for one beer.

The staff were rude, the service was pathetic, and even the other guests were complaining. Everything was dirty, including the rooms, and the lift wasn’t working. There was no water in our room, the shower was broken, and they provided neither towels nor toiletries. We got calls from other rooms five or six times at night asking for water, towels and toiletries. The reception number wasn’t provided either. Don’t trust the rating.

The worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The room and bathroom were dirty, the table was broken, and the staff didn’t respond. A total waste of money.

It’s a nice hotel, and it used to run well before the government interfered. Before that, the bars and alcohol shops were all 1 km from the road, so they stopped the restaurant. The food there was very nice, and they had a banquet Hall. It’s a three star hotel. Bye bye.

We organised a ring ceremony here about 6 months ago. The rooms were neat and clean. Best hotel.
