I wish I could give this place a negative rating. Calling it a hotel feels like too much. The owner is irresponsible and is never around at check-in, and he doesn't answer calls either. Some rooms are rented out to other people, who refuse check-in when the owner isn't there. They seem to use the OYO logo to draw customers in, then turn away people who booked through OYO and offer rooms directly at higher rates. If you booked for 500 or 700 or whatever, you may be left having to pay 1000 or 1500 in an emergency. They refused to check me in around 11-12 PM, and I had a really awful time because of it.

The staff were very polite, and the hotel was good and affordable. They had all kinds of facilities available.

The room was nice.

Nothing was offered to drink, and there weren't any curtains. The room itself was average, with a broken inner lock and bandages on the commode.
