The front desk guy was so rude, and the staff were no help. Wi-Fi was down all night, and there was no mobile signal either. With all the mosquitoes in the room and the AC not working properly, it was hard to sleep. My stay at this hotel in Gangotri was a very bad experience. I’d strongly advise others not to stay here.

I checked in at 11 pm and was out by 9 the next morning. The room I’d booked wasn’t available, so they gave me one with a small bed. There was no water, no cleanliness, and not a single geyser in the whole hotel was working. I couldn’t find any service staff, and forget about Wi-Fi or room service. The manager or front desk guy was drunk. There were mosquitoes and some drunk people around. I’d say don’t go there, especially with your family or wife.

I paid Rs.1650 for a room in terrible condition. The AC didn’t work and the toilet flush was broken. The staff were very rude, with a cheap attitude. They cheat people. Be aware, guys.

The rooms are tiny, and there’s no proper service. Staff don’t listen to guests. They shut off the lift after 10 p.m. and only restart it when their staff wake up. I had to ask again and again before they finally switched it back on around 10:30 p.m.
