2/10
The staff were slow and not attentive, and the food was both overpriced and tasteless. The resort gives a good impression at first, but the quality doesn’t live up to it. Cleanliness was very poor, with cobwebs, damp patches, and dirty toilets. The bed, mattress, curtains, and curtain rod were damaged, and there was hardly any pressure in the toilet or jet spray. Not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

The cottages were comfortable and well maintained, and the ambiance was just right. I had a truly wonderful stay at The Quila Resort, with excellent service and delicious food.

The cottage and the vibe are good, so the overall experience was above average. But service is very, very slow. We had to remind them many times about the food, which was expensive too.

6/10
The owner was good natured, and the food tasted good, but service took 25-30 minutes after ordering. We booked two rooms and had several problems: one geyser didn’t work, the water looked yellow in the bucket, and there wasn’t even one complimentary bottle of water, which is a basic thing hotels should provide. The rooms are poor. A good natured owner doesn’t solve that, the rooms need to be improved to at least a 3-star hotel level.

Food was so tasty, and the rooms were clean. The service was outstanding, and the location was good too.
