Variety Inn

The cleanliness and service impressed me most. My wife and I stayed for two days and felt right at home. Everyone was polite and humble, and helped whenever I needed something. The GM was kind and helpful too, and the restaurant food was quite good.

We spent four days here with family, and the stay was well below what we expected. The bathroom was dirty when we checked in and wasn’t properly cleaned until day three. Basic room amenities were missing, and housekeeping was careless from the start. When we asked for proper cleaning, a staff member raised her voice and argued with us. Room service was extremely slow, and we had to chase up a single order several times. The GM and supervisor also behaved unprofessionally and didn’t know how to speak to guests. This place needs to improve its service. I wouldn’t suggest staying here.

We booked a premium room, but the stay didn’t feel premium, especially for the high price. Even drinking water was poorly managed. I was there with my family and a child, and the food was terrible: it sometimes arrived cold, and on a few occasions we found insects in it. Housekeeping was a daily struggle. We had to ask seven or eight times every day for the room to be cleaned, almost begging. The staff weren’t friendly or supportive, which made everything worse. I’d strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially for a long family stay.

I stayed two nights with my family. The room itself was decent, but the washroom wasn’t very clean. What really ruined it was the restaurant: the service was painfully slow, and the staff were extremely rude with no basic courtesy. It felt like guests were a burden. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
