The four-bedroom room made the stay special, with a direct temple view and plenty of space. It stayed cool even without the AC, and the YouTube TV kept the kids busy. We also had no trouble parking, with good space and a basement option. Arihant Hotel by Nexottel is right beside the temple, which made darshan easy. The receptionist was especially polite and helpful, answering our questions and suggesting places to eat and things to do nearby. Everything felt clean and comfortable, and we felt looked after throughout. A full five stars from us, and we'd come back with the family.

Yogesh bhai Jain made booking for our multi-generation family trip easy. Communication was clear, and he was supportive the whole way through. We’re looking forward to clean rooms, good service, and a comfortable stay.

Being close to the temple made this a convenient stay in Ambaji. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite. Service slowed down a little during busy periods, though.

The location deserves five stars, and the contact person was genuinely helpful and polite. The hotel has good potential, too. With a bit of maintenance and better service, it could be even better.

Basic requests took too long, the cleanliness was only average, and the service felt slow. When we raised a complaint, staff answered rudely instead of apologizing. Their way of speaking was impolite, and the hotel showed very little professionalism or customer care. I wouldn't recommend it.
