The room was filthy, with cockroaches in the bedding and rats moving between rooms. The washroom was dirty and messy, the roof was broken, and water dripped through it. The hotel is in a bad location near a liquor shop, and a drunk person made noise all night. At 0330 am, I asked three hotel personnel at reception to keep the noise down, but they laughed and were very rude. There was no cleaning in the room. Never visit this place with your family.

Hotel Just 9 Inn provided excellent service. The owner is friendly and helpful, and it suits families, business trips, and short stays.

The staff were really nice, and the room was clean. I stayed here with my family and had a very good experience. One of the best hotels in Lucknow.

The room had a mini fridge, which was a nice surprise at this price, along with a TV, geyser, and AC. It was clean, and the bathroom was hygienic. Getting here was easy since the railway station is only 500 m away, and check-in was one of the smoothest I've had, with no hassle over document verification. I was glad I chose ‘Hotel Just 9 inn’ and would stay here again.

I paid an advance after booking directly by phone and checking room photos they sent on WhatsApp. But when I arrived late at night, they gave me a dirty room. I cancelled and they wouldn't return my advance. I wouldn't tell anyone to stay at this hotel.
