We left for the airport without the bill, even though we'd paid everything, and we're still waiting to receive it. We had stayed for 20 days and asked for the bill after the first 10. Reception said it was ready and would be handed over at checkout. Since we had an early flight, we asked several times the day before leaving and were again told it would be ready in the morning within five minutes. I even called ahead to ask them to keep it at reception. When we arrived, the staff member said he couldn't generate a bill for 15 days. We waited nearly half an hour while the reception staff blamed one another, but no one could provide it. I'm very disappointed with how reception handled this.

The room was quite compact, and mine had a strange, funky smell throughout the stay. The bathroom wasn't right either, which made it unpleasant. The other rooms seemed fine. On the plus side, the staff were accommodating, and the location is hard to beat, right by Hazratganj market and only a few feet from the metro.

Ganesh's warm, attentive service was what made the biggest impression on us. He made us feel genuinely looked after, and deserves special credit for his hospitality. We also liked the breakfast, both the taste and the variety. The property has a pleasant, quiet atmosphere, and its convenient location helped make our stay comfortable. The rooms were neat and functional, though they felt more like a three-star standard and could be more luxurious for the price. The ambience added a nice touch. Five stars from me for Ganesh and his dedication.

Being in Hazratganj made it easy to walk to well-known eateries and try local food. The hotel itself was comfortable, with well-kept rooms and good hygiene. Staff were polite and helpful, especially Anubhav at reception. There’s also a lift, which made getting around the hotel easier. I had a pleasant, convenient stay.
