There’s lots to like here: huge spotless rooms with a great view, a beautifully green and well-kept property, warm staff, and ample parking. Mr. Sudeep at reception was especially polite and helpful. The owners and their family live on the property and are welcoming, and their adorable dog Chichi is there too. Guests can use the pool 24x7. The market is nearby, with salons, laundry, and other things accessible, and some lovely beaches are only 10 minutes away. The dining setup was inconvenient. There’s no breakfast service, the kitchen opens at 12 noon, and there isn’t even tea or coffee in the morning. Kitchen hours are strict and food room service isn’t available. Also, our room had no fridge despite the ₹2500 tariff. It’s a beautiful property with kind hospitality, but more flexible dining would improve the stay.

The location is quiet but still central to the wedding venue, Pilar City, and Old Goa. The property is about 10 years old, yet it doesn’t look its age, and the rooms are well maintained. Service was superb, with attentive staff including owner Britto making up for any minor drawbacks. We had a great 1 night stay. One thing I missed was a hot shower after getting back very late from the wedding.

We held our son’s 1st birthday here, and it was an amazing celebration, worth every penny. The food was exceptional, some of the best we’ve had at an event. The staff and services handled every detail with care, and we couldn’t have asked for a better deal. John, the venue owner, was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make sure we got the best service. His support kept everything smooth and made the occasion memorable. Highly recommended for a special celebration.

Coastal Flames Restaurant is attached to the property, and its food is delicious and full of flavor. Getting around from the location is easy, and service is consistently prompt.
