I asked for breakfast at about 10:20 AM and was rudely told I couldn’t have it because checkout was before 11:00 AM. Then, at 10:50 AM, before checkout time, a staff member knocked and pressured me to leave immediately. The staff were rude and unprofessional throughout. The rooms are cramped enough to feel claustrophobic, with no windows, and there’s no proper parking despite what you might expect. Don’t be fooled by the photos. Poor hospitality, an uncomfortable room, and unacceptable service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The area is busy, with good cafes nearby, and the stay is budget friendly. Staff were courteous and polite, housekeeping was prompt, and the rooms were clean and well maintained.

Check-in was quick and easy, and I had a great stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, in a very good area of Guwahati. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

They ask for the full amount right after registration, while at other hotels payment is made at checkout. For the price, the room wasn’t up to scratch: the cistern didn’t work, water leaked from the ceiling, the bedcover and pillows were dirty, and the towels weren’t clean. The seat cover was missing from the western commode.

The food was great, the rooms were comfortable, and being right beside the road made getting around easy. I had a fantastic stay. The staff were polite, but could seem a little rigid or distant when you first arrived. A bit more professional team training might help.
