The host was friendly and helpful, and the place felt peaceful and comfortable. It was clean, too. We had a wonderful stay at this Resort, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The scenery is perfect here. A romantic, offbeat resort and a great place to stay.

The ambience is good, but the service and food were bad. It didn't feel safe for women, and room boys would barge into rooms in the middle of the night.

Updated: The place is being renovated and should soon become an upmarket resort after being taken over by the Mayfair group. Their food and service have improved a lot. Old review: The ambience across the place was nice, but the restaurant service was pretty slow and the food only average.

The staff were friendly and polite, and the setting and decor were pleasant. The lime soda was really refreshing, and I liked the ice creams a lot. Naan was good too. The paneer and chicken gravies were decent, though a bit too tangy. The food felt overpriced and didn't live up to the price.
