The complimentary breakfast really needs work: the idli was very bad, the sambar bland, and neither had any taste. Dinner wasn't good either. Rooms are on the small side, just enough for a couple or two people. Service was good, with prompt staff and quick availability. The place was clean and well maintained.

Food was good, and the room was simple and comfortable, though the basic facilities were being called premium. It felt average, without luxury, and could use an upgrade in its look. The staff seemed busy with their routine and worked mechanically. Food service ends early, with nothing available after 10:30 PM, so anyone arriving late needs to arrange dinner ahead of time.

The hotel is very nice to stay at, and there's hot running water around the clock. Breakfast, though, wasn't very good.
