Mr. Johnson made us feel welcome with warm, attentive service and great hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and authentic, and I was glad to learn they don't use ajinomoto or artificial flavors. The pleasant, comfortable ambience made it easy to enjoy a relaxed meal. One of my best dining experiences, and I'll definitely come back.

Parking is the main issue, since the car area is congested. The hotel is in the city centre and the location is good; there's also an Udupi veg restaurant opposite. The breakfast spread is tasty, the rooms are clean, and housekeeping is quick. Restaurant staff mr Adul Krishna was humble and helpful, and reception staff were fast. The swimming pool is small, but the gym is nice.

The staff were cordial, and they did move us to another room straight away after we found a bedbug on the bed. Still, the linens didn't look very clean, and the sealed windows meant we couldn't get fresh air. There were no fans, just AC. Breakfast was average and could be better. The stay was okay overall, but for what we paid, it wasn't worth it. I'd call it average.

The meals were a real highlight, with good taste, presentation, and variety, and the restaurant staff made dining pleasant. Laundry was excellent too, with washing returned the same day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. At reception, everyone was professional, friendly, and smiling, especially Ms. Sneha, who made sure all the details went smoothly. From arrival onward, the welcome felt warm and made me feel at home. It was a comfortable stay with genuine care, and I'd gladly recommend Hotel Indriya Wayanad. I hope to return.

Being close to the new bus stand in Kalpetta made getting around easy. After checkout, we had a couple of hours before our bus from the same spot, and Rinsha kindly let us wait in comfort in the lobby. Sneha was also helpful and courteous while checking us in. The staff were consistently polite and ready to help. We really appreciated the support.
