Flies were a constant nuisance because the hotel is beside an open dumping ground. Service took a very long time, and there was no cleaning, no fresh towels, and no timely food. I had to call reception for every item, including water, toiletries, and pillows. The towels I asked for never came. There were cigarette burn marks on the bedsheets, and the bathroom drain was clogged. I showed it to staff, who said the tank was low. Four hours later a plumber fixed it, but the tap was clogged. This stay wasn't worth it.
