Hotel Piyush Inn

Cleartrip confirmed my booking for Piyush Inn, Ambejogai, but when I called the hotel to check, they said they were full and wouldn’t accommodate me. They also said no booking notification had reached them and that Cleartrip didn’t know their actual room availability when it confirmed my reservation. That left me in a difficult spot after I’d received confirmation. Accurate availability on the platform would help customers and travel consultants plan and avoid last-minute problems. I urge the hotel to look into this promptly and make changes to prevent the same discrepancy happening again.

The waiters were polite and clearly well trained, and the hospitality was excellent. The food was fresh and very tasty. Best restaurant and hotel in ambajogai.

I stayed for one day. The room felt cramped, and the water pressure was low with problems in the hot water supply. Service was slow and didn’t help much. For what it costs, the hotel needs some improvement.

On my way to Hotel Piyush Inn, I called to confirm the Cleartrip booking. The hotel said they wouldn’t give me a room, even though Cleartrip support confirmed my reservation was valid. Staff showed no accountability: no apology, no alternative, no contact details, just “talk to Cleartrip, we’re fully booked.” I had to check with 10 different hotels before I finally found a room. This was extremely irresponsible. The hotel clearly overbooks and doesn’t care about customers. I strongly advise confirming directly with the hotel after booking to avoid this kind of problem.
