The extra bed charge was Rs 300 each, even though I’d been told Rs 100 before booking. They say one thing and charge another. The bathroom fittings were broken or didn’t work, the flush was broken, and no toiletries were provided. When we raised the problems, the owner argued with us instead of admitting there was an issue. The whole stay was very bad. I could have rated it below one star if that were possible, though I can’t speak for other guests.

The glass window had no glass, and the bathroom basin and toilet seat were still filthy after the supposed cleaning. The room was full of mosquitoes, but when I asked for Mortein or All Out, they refused, so I had to buy it myself. There was no cleanliness or room service. This was the worst experience I’ve had at any OYO rooms I’ve stayed in.

We had a terrible time even trying to stay two days. The washroom was dirty, the room wasn’t clean, and its television didn’t work. The hotel rooms were in pathetic condition, easily the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

The manager was arrogant and the staff wouldn’t cooperate. If you book through an online platform, the manager may raise the price when you arrive or cancel your booking outright. The worst experience ever.

The owners were cooperative, but the hotel needs to improve. We booked two rooms, then arrived to hear that only one was available, and that was at midnight. The bathroom was very bad too.
