We stayed here January 5-6, 2026, and I’d advise against including this hotel in your plans. Two dirty plates with used cutlery sat by the first-floor elevator for our entire two-day stay, and no one removed them. The hallway carpets and elevator floors were visibly dirty, and our bathroom had mold forming in the shower. The hotel also seems to be under financial strain, though that’s only how it appeared to us. Basic dispensers were out of order: neither the shower gel nor the handwash worked. When we complained, staff poured gel into two tiny mineral water bottles and handed them over as a fix. The rooftop bar’s noise carried down to the first floor late into the night and made it hard to sleep. There was no accommodation for drivers either. The property was in severe disrepair and didn’t meet basic cleanliness standards. I’d find somewhere else for a Rajasthan tour.

The room and bathroom were dirty, substandard, and smelled bad, so my wife and I decided to leave as soon as we saw them. The reception team politely showed us another room, but it wasn’t any better. We checked out and found a different hotel that was great. We had booked through the MMT online portal. Its photos looked much better than the actual property, and I think MMT should check places before listing them because customers are misled by the presentation. I filed a complaint with MMT but got no help, and we still haven’t received the refund we claimed. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel.

Mahendra ji deserves a thank you for the warm welcome. The reception team were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They handled requests quickly and made both check-in and check-out smooth, which made my stay more comfortable. A great first impression and highly recommended.

The room was cramped and poorly maintained, and the mirror was so bad we could barely see ourselves in it. The bathroom had a horrible smell, while the blankets and pillows were dirty and unhygienic. I expected a four-star stay and was extremely disappointed. The hygiene and service felt worse than at a budget lodge, nowhere near four-star standards. I wouldn’t book again or recommend it to couples or families wanting a clean, comfortable stay.
