The owner was warm and genuinely helpful, and the service made us feel at home. The beautiful interiors added to the welcoming atmosphere. I had a lovely visit and think it would be great for a family outing.

My day was ruined by this very negative experience. Even though I'd paid online through Oyo, they refused to let me check in, said they had no connection with Oyo, and demanded extra money. Don't go here.

Everything in the room worked, including the AC, TV, and geyser, and the linen was clean. The bathroom was cramped and had no toilet seat cover. Staff were cooperative and behaved well. The location is hard to beat in Udaipur, right across from the bus stand and 500 m from Udaipur Railway City Railway Station. The hotel itself was good.

My family and I hated this place. The rooms are tiny for such high prices, and everything seemed in poor condition. The bathroom had no bolt (kundi) or exhaust fan, the AC leaked water, and there was just one charging point in the whole room. The lift didn't work. A pathetic hotel, and I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The rooms are good and the management is cooperative. It's affordable and close to the railway station and other tourist places. Services still need improvement, though. If you're visiting Udaipur, this is a must-stay.
