The rooms were comfortable, and I had a good stay at Ap Residency in Ambala. The staff were welcoming and helpful wherever needed, especially Mr Koshik ji, who was active, kind, and very helpful.

I was fasting today and ordered the Navratri Special Thali from Swiggy, with Jeera Aloo, Kuttu Pakodi, Sabudana Kheer, and Kuttu Atta Puri. The restaurant accepted the order and said delivery would take about 10 minutes, then cancelled it soon afterward without giving a valid reason. Waiting for a specific meal while fasting made this especially frustrating. I trusted Swiggy and the restaurant to follow through, and this felt disappointing and unprofessional. Please make sure this doesn't happen again, since it affects customer trust and satisfaction. 🙏

The food quality was excellent, and everyone was very cooperative. Mr. Rahul and Mr Dinesh, the organise manger, were calm and had excellent behaviour. A really nice experience.

Bhupendra gave the best service, and Rahul Rm from rajenta was a very good person. Dehrivender was good too. Rajnish, though, argued a lot and had too much attitude.

I had a comfortable stay, with clean rooms and timely service. The front office welcomed me smoothly, and the staff were cooperative throughout. The hotel also has a great atmosphere and good hospitality.
