I stayed overnight in room 110 while on a road trip, because I needed to work my shift. I was assured the two things I needed, good WiFi and hot water, would be available. When I tried to use them, neither was working. Unless you're in an emergency, I'd suggest not staying here. Absolutely terrible experience.

Amrapali resort is in a great spot for people traveling through Ambala toward Amritsar or Delhi, but I can't recommend it for a family stay. Our room was cramped and dirty, with a moldy smell, and the bathrooms were filthy. Service was terrible. Maybe the resort was understaffed when we stayed overnight, but I'd avoid staying here, especially with family.

I only came for a meeting, so I can't describe much more. The property is beautiful and green, with ample parking and a nice location. The person at the entry gate security was very nice. Keep up the good work.

We celebrated our son's ist lohri at Amarpali resort recently, and it was a very good experience. The food was tasty, hygiene was maintained very well, and the staff were cooperative. Everything was organized properly. They kept the stole open until the end of the party for the main family members, which we really appreciated. We'd definitely buk again in the future. 👍
