I booked room 101, and it was quite livable, with enough space for one person or a couple. The bed was comfortable, the room was neat, clean, and well lit, and the facilities were proper. The bathroom was hygienic too, with no foul smell or dirt. For the price, it's a good affordable place to stay, with easy access and just 1 km from Ambala Cantt Railway Station.

I had a really bad experience and this was the second time this happened to me with OYO. The app took advance payment when I booked, but the hotel owner said he hadn't received any money and demanded the full room charge without taking the advance into account. I was charged 200 rupees more than the amount shown in the OYO app. Either OYO is misleading the owner, OYO is misleading customers, or the owner is misleading customers. I'm not booking any more hotels through OYO.

It's a really nice place to stay and one of the best hotels near Ambala Cantt Railway Station. I got a clean room at an affordable rate through Agoda, and the service was good. The room had a queen-size bed, a television cupboard, two side tables, and more. The bathroom was very clean, with Jaguar fittings, a geyser, and other important toilet amenities. There are also several nice, well-known restaurants within 600 metres, including pyramid sky lounge.

The bathroom smelled bad, and neither the geyser nor the room phone worked. I reported the problems three times, but they still didn't fix anything. They don't act on complaints.
