The heater overheated dangerously while I was using it, and I got burned. The room cost 1700, plus another 300 for a third person, but they didn't provide an extra pillow or blanket. High price and poor service. Very disappointed. 👎

The food was awful, the conditions unhygienic, and the prices far too high. One of the worst meals I've had. I wouldn't recommend it, and I won't be going back.

Food was overpriced and poor in both quality and taste, and orders took a long time to arrive. The dining area and premises weren't maintained well, and the employees behaved badly.

Check-in went smoothly at first, but the night staff made the stay uncomfortable. One person asked intrusive questions about personal matters, and having the doors locked at night left us feeling confined, especially since the hotel knew why we were there. We felt trapped instead of welcome. Potential guests should think carefully about whether this place suits their needs.
