The room was unhygienic and poorly maintained, and the food wasn't very good either. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. The manager didn't seem to know anything about hospitality. They don't care about customers, only their own egos. Worst experience I've had. I wouldn't suggest anyone book a room here.

The bar or bars attached to the hotel were expensive, and the room service menu prices were high too. We weren't given clean bedsheets on the box mattress at first; they replaced them only after repeated requests. We viewed two rooms before choosing one, and check-in took longer than expected. When the guard led us in at dusk, no one was there to receive us, though the entrance was well lit. I settled into a cozy sofa in reception and waited about four minutes for front office staff to arrive. For a five-star rating, they should add a lift to the third floor and provide two bottles for double occupancy.

I didn't eat here, though I guess the food might be good since there's a Bar attached. There's no lift, and movie buffs may like that there's a movie hall in the adjoining building. Parking felt safe, which was good. I stayed on a rainy day, so the AC not cooling as expected in room 304 wasn't much of an issue, though on a hot day it wouldn't help much. The linen cleanliness was about 90%, so that needs improvement. The power went out at night and they ran the generator all night; it was a bit noisy because it faced my window. Honestly, I wasn't expecting a room like this in a small town.

After my booking was confirmed and paid through the OYO app, the hotel called to say they would cancel it unless I paid 1200 in cash on arrival. OYO assistance told me the hotel had policy violations and refunded me. It was the middle of the night, so I had to cancel and find another place to stay. The whole thing with the hotel team was awful. Don't book there online, they don't have a refund policy.
