We had dinner at Athirappilly Residency for a group of 70 students on a trip to chalakudi and silverstorm. The food was amazing, with excellent quality across all the dishes, and the chef worked magic. Special care went into the arrangements. Many thanks to GM mr. Dinesh sir for making it a wonderful meal. I strongly recommend it for stays, families, and parties, and for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The rooms look good, but that’s about it. There was no hot water in the first room, so we changed rooms, and the second room still had none even after we complained. The curtains weren’t good, reception service was the worst, the TV wasn’t working, and neither was the AC. There was also a problem with the washbasin.

The rooms smelled damp and fungal, and the service was very bad. We had to wait an hour before check-in. The woman at reception was helpful, but the higher management wasn’t.

The rooms are good, but the service was very poor. All the food was cold, and they seemed reluctant to serve fresh food. I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

We had to change rooms during the stay because there was no hot water, which was a real inconvenience. The bedsheets smelled noticeably bad, and the towels were dirty, making the room uncomfortable and unclean. The stay fell far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until its cleanliness and maintenance improve significantly.
