I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The bed sheet looked used and hadn't been cleaned, and the housekeeping overall was terrible. The bathroom tap didn't work, there wasn't even a bucket, and the bathroom itself was not cleaned properly. Management should take these problems seriously.
Really disappointing service and staff. They charged 1300 rupees for just two hours. I checked in at 4:30 AM after telling them I was staying that day, and they agreed. But when I went out for work and tried to leave at 7:15 AM, they said I'd have to check out if I left then because checkout time is 11 AM. Please don't stay here.
The hygiene was awful, the service was poor, and there were termites in the room. I picked it only because of the prime location and regret it. Don't make the same mistake.
I paid 2500 rupees for only three hours, just to freshen up. Terrible hotel and staff. Don't stay or book here.
We had booked in advance, so being told on arrival that our room wasn't available was shocking. The staff simply said there was no room, and seemed to lie about the reservation. They offered neither a real solution nor an apology. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
