The staff were helpful and polite, and the room was spacious, clean, and much like the online photos. Hot water and basic toiletries were provided, although the water pressure was weak. I’d expected a cottage with an extra cot based on the Goibibo pictures, but we were given a Premium AC room instead. The location is handy for Pine Valley, just a 2-minute walk away, with Vagamon Meadows around 2 km away and the Adventure Park about 1 km away. Getting there is less convenient: the approach road is very narrow, lined with small shops, and barely fits one vehicle. It can be especially hard to get in or out when the Pine Forest area is busy. Paid parking by the main road didn’t seem dependable for a longer stay, though the resort’s own lot has room for around 20 cars. There are carrom and chess indoors, but no play area for children. The property also looked better in the booking photos than it was maintained in person. Food was average, with few choices for vegetarians and much the same roti, kurma, and dal rice during our 4 days. Breakfast choices were limited too, and there aren’t many places to eat nearby. For the price, it was just okay. Better food choices and facilities for kids would help.

The room was tidy and had the basics, including shampoo, soap, and hot water. Staff were courteous throughout, and the complimentary breakfast was a highlight. There was bread, idli, poori masala, eggs, salad, tea, and more, with different items each day. We stayed for 2 days during the Pooja holidays and really enjoyed it. Great ambience, food, and hospitality, a clear 5 out of 5 from me. Highly recommended!

The only awkward part was the narrow road leading to Adrak Hotels & Resorts, which made driving in and out congested. Otherwise, our group of 12, six couples including a few senior citizens who are organ recipients and careful about hygiene, had a comfortable and very pleasant stay on 8/11/2025. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and well kept, and breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Everyone we met was polite and attentive, from security to the room boys, and they were especially helpful throughout. A memorable place for a peaceful family or group stay in Vagamon. The restaurant food was delicious, and the management were very polite. The resort is green and well maintained, with the main road and major viewpoints easy to reach. Pine forest is only a 2-minute walk away. A very good stay in Vagamon.

The rooms were good, but the restaurant could offer only 2 or 3 of the menu items. We stayed 2 days and ended up relying on chapathi, parotta, and dal. They really need to improve the restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend it as things are now.
