I booked three rooms with AC, but only one had a working unit. The service was awful, and this was a terrible hotel.

The location was good, and both the food and room service were very good.

At ₹800 for a night, the room was okay for the price, though the food was a little expensive, as I expected. The hotel is about 450 m from Ambala Catt railway station, but it can be hard to spot from the main road. The stairs up to the rooms are very steep, making luggage awkward to carry, so I wouldn't recommend it to older people or anyone with an injury. Also, there are lots of stray dogs around the hotel. If you're afraid of dogs, keep in mind they'll bark at you when you're carrying your bags.

The rooms were clean and lovely, and the service was consistently good. The staff were friendly and really cooperative. I just loved their behavior. Highly recommended. 💜

I was in room 38. The washroom was in bad condition, the AC kept dripping water and wasn't working properly, and the geyser didn't work either. When I called the receptionist, he didn't try to fix it and just said it wasn't working. They didn't even have glasses when I asked. This place isn't worth the money, so try another hotel.
