The staff communicate very badly. Even reporting that the TV wasn't working felt like I was there to fix it myself. Be prepared for these small problems during your stay, since they can spoil the fun of a journey.

The food quality was below average. There was no central heating, and although they provided a separate room heater, it wasn't sufficient. The geyser didn't work, so there was no hot water even after I complained.

My wife and I checked in on 27 feb, and the stay was extremely uncomfortable. I eventually checked out because none of the problems I reported were addressed, and reception showed no concern or willingness to sort them out. The room was dirty, and a foul smell from the washroom made it unbearable to use. We also weren't provided essentials like a phone booth, menu, or water bottle, and there was no parking for our vehicle. On top of that, a staff member repeatedly knocked and tried to open our door without waiting for a response while my wife and I were occupied. That was disturbing and a serious invasion of privacy. I hope these serious service and hygiene failures are addressed so other guests don't have the same distressing experience. I went to look at the rooms for a family function, and the manager's way of speaking put me off completely. He was rude and discourteous, and didn't seem to know how to talk to a customer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The authorities should take action over such poor behavior from an employee.
