The room itself was fine, but the basics weren't looked after. Mattresses, sheets and dustbins were there, just not kept clean or maintained properly.

The photos don't make the entrance or parking situation clear, which felt misleading. There isn't hotel parking, so guests are told to leave their cars in an open lot behind the building or on a busy main road. Staff didn't show any concern for safety. I was extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend staying here unless it's the only option in the area.

Service was just okay, but the room rates are low. You can get a room for 700 to 800 without booking online. I'd only recommend it if you're travelling and can't find another decent hotel.

For what they charged, the room was filthy. The toilet seat was broken and the shower didn't work. Easily the worst place I've stayed in India during my three months here.

The TV didn't work, and they turned off the AC at the main switchboard. Staff behavior was poor too. They drink at night and misbehave with customers, so I wouldn't feel safe here with family or as a gentleman. The service was awful. Zero stars.
