The hotel is close to Ambala Cannt Station, and it's a new property with very clean rooms and awesome washrooms. The staff were supportive, and breakfast was very good. The restaurant is still being made, though, so for 3 months you'll have to arrange your own food apart from the breakfast they prepare.
I booked 2 rooms through goibibo.com, but manager mr. Sanjive wouldn't let us check in. He said they were no longer affiliated with ogibibo and wanted us to rent the same rooms there for more than double what we'd paid. A really bad experience.
I paid online for a room through OYO, but at the hotel they said OYO had booked it at too low a price and demanded Rs800 extra, or they wouldn't accept the booking. The manager kept repeating, "OYO SE BAAT KARO, OYO SE BAAT KARO...." There's not even a fan at reception. They wasted my time. Never book here.
After traveling 280 km from Noida, we arrived for our 2-day booking and the manager said we couldn't check in. He didn't explain any reason, wouldn't talk to us properly, and behaved very badly. What kind of way is that to treat a customer?
We booked through Goibibo and had a PNR number and booking ID, but the owner refused to honor the booking and suggested another hotel at a cheap rate. The money had already been deducted. When we checked with Goibibo, they said their system showed we'd checked in. The owner had told them we never came and that the room was booked.
