Hotel Grand

I spent ₹7k+ for five days in a so-called “deluxe room” at Hotel Grand, and it was a nightmare. The room was dusty, the bathroom smelled and was slippery, and the towels and bedsheets were used, stained, and foul-smelling. None of the rooms had a properly working A/c. I had to change rooms four times every single day because of problems in each one. The manager acted extremely unprofessionally, more like a thug than a hotel manager. Asking for cleaning or even basic help made me feel unsafe, as if they might harm me. I also heard another guest say someone had died in one of the rooms. I don't know whether that's true, but even the rumor added to how disturbing and unsafe the place felt. It isn't family-friendly, and the atmosphere was full of shady, strange people. I stayed for five days because I had no options left and couldn't get a refund if I cancelled. If you're thinking of even one night with your family, I'd strongly advise avoiding it. I hope this review helps someone save their money and avoid what I went through.
