The Grace Hotel Near IGI Airport, New Delhi

There was no water in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable, and the room was dirty enough to make the stay very uncomfortable. The property is in a poor location that felt inconvenient and unsafe. Staff didn’t respond to my concerns or do anything about them. This was a terrible OYO stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. OYO needs to improve its standards and train its staff better.

The hotel is reasonably priced, and I had a great four-day stay. The workers and managers were excellent, with flawless service. My only issue was a water problem in my room. Please get that fixed, because I’d like to stay again in the future. 😊 Thanks.

I spent my last four days in Delhi at Hotel Del In, after being in the city for fifteen days, and had an amazing stay. Since I work in hospitality too, I especially liked the housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage service. The hotel is beautiful, reasonably priced, and, to me, there’s no comparison. Everything was great apart from the empty water tank, which caused me to have water sickness. I’d still recommend it to everyone. Thank you 😊

The room itself was okay, and the staff, cleaning team, and hygiene were good. Staff responded to problems quickly. But the AC kept cutting in and out, and I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. There was no water when I needed the washroom, so I had to go to management to get some. Food ordered to the room cost about twice the normal price and wasn’t good quality. There are restaurants nearby where you can get fresh food at fair prices. Don’t expect a free bottle of drinking water, even though they’re supposed to provide one.
