Qotel Hotel Signature BNB-Ashok Vihar

I kept smiling from the moment I arrived until I left. The staff were lovely, the place was spotless, and the location was great. There’s a lovely bistro across the road, so don’t miss it. This hotel is a gem. I’ve stayed all over paris, and this was a smiling hotel. Three stops.

The bathroom had a serious leak, leaving water pooled on the floor and an unbearable smell. Even after I complained several times, nobody offered to move me. I had to keep calling staff just to get the water cleared, which made using the bathroom a real hassle. There was also a problem with extending my stay. I told staff at check-in that I planned to stay longer, but it wasn’t recorded. When I went to reception the next day to pay and extend, I was told my room had already been reassigned by the manager, Saddam. He was rude and uncooperative, and refused to help, so I had to leave. This was extremely disappointing and inconvenient. That kind of conduct has no place in hospitality, where guests should be treated with humility, kindness, and respect. I’m asking management to take this seriously and provide an appropriate resolution, including compensation for the trouble. I look forward to a prompt response.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and parking is convenient. The hotel is really great. My only issue was the lady at check-in.

We had a good stay at Qotel comfort ashok vihar. The balcony looks out across Ashok Park, and the room was tidy and well kept. Staff were kind and polite, and they arranged tea or coffee. Food was available too. Great hospitality.
