The room was extremely cramped, with a double bed, and the place felt more like a storeroom. There were no housekeepers, and the manager wouldn't help with our luggage until I told him sharply that we'd paid for everything. We arrived at 2 a.m.; he was asleep, and there was no bell, so we knocked for 4-5 minutes before he answered. The location is nowhere near Rajpura, despite what the listing says. It's far from the actual town, and there are no autos available nearby. You'll have to book one, which costs about three times the usual fare. I wouldn't recommend going.

The bathroom was so exposed that you could peek inside by standing on the bed. This was the worst hotel I saw on my trip. It doesn't deserve even one star, and it feels like OYO will put its name on just about any place. It seems suited only for couples booking by the hour.

I visited last month, and there was no AC. I also left behind the watch my wife, the love of my life, had gifted me. When I called repeatedly and explained I'd forgotten it there, they ignored my calls.

I can't believe OYO has this property on its website. It isn't really a hotel, and listings like this damage OYO's credibility.

The place wasn't good, and after I booked through OYO, they asked me to pay more.
