The location was convenient, with the market right there and the metro a 4 minute walk away. The train station was 20 minutes away, and the airport 35 minutes away. It was also quiet around the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay, and there’s a lift serving all floors. I was happy with my stay for the trip. Thank you.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, although we had a few communication hiccups. My pigeon Hindi probably didn’t help. I felt safe here, and the bedding was clean. The AC worked fine, there was plenty of hot water, and the room safe was a nice bonus. The building and room felt a little dated. Karol Bagh metro station is only a five minute walk away, which made this a handy base for exploring Delhi.

Aalam Ji has always been supportive. Hotel Pooja Palace is very nice and close to the Metro Station. I’ll visit again soon.

The complimentary breakfast was very good, and the rooms were too. Staff and management were also very good. The Pooja Palace is in a really convenient spot, just a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Excellent stay, highly recommend it.

The beds and room were clean, and I was happy with the room. Hot water was available, and there was a water kettle too. Room service was very good, and the staff were friendly. Raju bhai and ranveer ji were especially kind and helpful.
