FabExpress Jaggi Palace

The service was really poor, and the room wasn't properly maintained. There was no hot water and no kettle. The sheets didn't look clean or fresh, and I couldn't bear to touch them, let alone sleep on them. We had a horrible time here with family. There were cockroaches in the room, the food was costly for its quality and taste, and the road outside was polluted. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The constant power cuts came with no backup, and noise from the street and other rooms kept me from sleeping. Jaggi Palace also felt unsafe, and I regretted booking as soon as I arrived. The room was filthy, smelled foul, and had stained sheets and insects crawling around. The bathroom was unhygienic and looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in ages. Staff were rude and unhelpful, even with basic questions. The food was stale, tasteless, and overpriced. There are much better hotels nearby for the same price. This was a waste of money.

The vintage look was awesome, and the room was notably clean. The owners and staff were so friendly, they made us feel like family and helped with everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. A wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend 🫶🥳🤩😎

The room was far noisier than we expected, and it disturbed our kid's sleep. It was supposed to be a premium room, but it didn't look like the booking site's photos. The bed was very hard and the pillows weren't great. Hot water didn't run properly. We had to leave it on for 10 minutes just to get warm water, and never got fully hot water during our night there. We checked out earlier than planned.
