Capital O 47820 Luxury Stay

Everything felt organized and stress-free during my stay. The hotel is well maintained, with spacious rooms and excellent service. I really enjoyed being here.

The place was very dirty, with bad smells from the bathroom and bed. They gave us used towels, and the food was so poor even animals would avoid it. Staff were rude, rough, and mostly drunk. This was one of the worst, most badly managed hotels I’ve stayed at. Please avoid it.

The telephone didn’t work, the kettle was full of grime inside and around the spout, and the washroom was extremely unclean. The bed was filthy too, and there were lipstick marks on the pillows. Don’t book this hotel.

The cockroaches were the main problem. I changed rooms twice, but both rooms had lots of them under the beds. Staff were friendly and quite helpful, and offered to move me again, but it seemed every room had insects. They said pesticide was being applied to the walls, yet I still kept seeing cockroaches. For me, that made the stay a 1/5. It could be 4/5 if they got rid of them, or if you don’t mind them, but you really should, they’re nasty and spread disease. The surrounding neighborhood also felt shady and unclean, though the hotel is quite close to the airport. My package included airport pickup and drop-off, but I didn’t get either. Other things were mixed. The linen was mostly clean, though some sheets were a little yellow and had holes. The AC worked but leaked a lot, even after staff said it had been serviced and wouldn’t leak. There were no dustbins in the rooms, and trash bags were left outside, which let insects in. Towels were dirty and left lint all over me, so I had to shower again. I’d bring my own towels and toiletries. The bathroom itself was clean, the toilet worked, the shower worked, and there was hot water. They provided two soaps and two shampoo sachets, but the soap was so bad it didn’t clean anything. I stayed four nights but was only given two 500 ml bottles of water, with extra bottles costing more. The bottled water tasted strange. RO water was free if you had your own bottle. Breakfast was served at a neighboring hotel, about a minute’s walk away, and was surprisingly good: eggs, sandwiches, parathas, bhature, and bananas daily, plus a different extra dish such as poha or rice.
