The grounds were a real plus, with greenery and an open area that looked especially charming in the evening. Parking and the basic facilities were well managed, and the rooms and seating areas were clean and looked after. It has a peaceful, relaxing feel, suitable for family outings, parties, or special occasions. The decor was lovely, the staff were polite and professional, and the food was tasty, well presented, and good quality.
Mr. Rohit deserves special thanks for being available around the clock and managing every detail attentively. His help made planning the wedding much less stressful for our family. The staff were courteous, cooperative, and always willing to help with a smile, which made the celebration memorable. We hosted our family wedding at this resort and the arrangements and service were excellent, beyond what we expected. I'd recommend it for weddings and other celebrations.
At Red huts resort, the food was a highlight. Every dish tasted great and seemed well prepared. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with excellent facilities. The ambience and service made it a relaxing spot to stay and dine. Highly recommended.
The banquet was nice, and the food tasted good. The hotel is conveniently on the highway, with plenty of parking, and the rooms were decent, though mine had a slight smell. I stayed one night for a marriage and attended three events. Service was very slow. The TV wouldn't work because its recharge had expired. I asked at night because my child wanted to watch, and even called and went to reception, but it was fixed only the next day after repeated reminders. Housekeeping confirmed an extra blanket and a heater by phone because the weather was cold, but neither arrived. Breakfast was also slow, and tea was prepared in batches for only 5-10 cups at a time. Management needs to focus on staff training and service, since that matters a lot to making a place good.
The older rooms, especially the traditional huts, could use refurbishment to make guests' stays more comfortable. The property itself is wonderful, and it was a fantastic setting for a family wedding. We recently held my sister's wedding at Red Huts Resort. The ambience, welcoming staff, and smooth arrangements made it a memorable celebration. Mr. Gagan managed everything with real dedication, always available day or night with a smile and a solution. His professionalism helped make the event stress-free and beautifully done. Highly recommended for weddings and family events.
