After paying online and arriving at 10 pm, I was told all the rooms were full. I stood there until 11.30 pm trying to talk to the manager, but he wasn’t there. They’d just left a phone number. When I called, he simply said there were no rooms and that he didn’t care who I called. I said I’d call the police, but he didn’t seem bothered. I tried calling 100, but nobody picked up, and the police booth I went to was locked and empty. The management behaved terribly. Don’t book here, especially for a family trip. They only care about money. It seemed that if someone offered more than your booking amount, they’d sell them your room.

The staff were nice, though the lobby looked a bit run down. The owner told me rooms cost at least 1500 rupees a night, regardless of the prices listed by OYO, so be careful. The hotel’s pricing wasn’t advertised accurately. Thankfully, I could cancel for free. I didn’t see what the rooms were like.

I’d already paid 800/- per night through the OYO App, but they refused to check me in when I arrived and asked for double the price. Why advertise one rate if that’s what they do? I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I wouldn't book here through OYO. At check-in they wanted another 800 Rs beyond my booking. The room didn't look professionally maintained, either: a wall fan was sitting on the sofa, the toilet had no soap or shampoo, and the floor and walls were as dirty as a local lodge. Not recommended.

I left without staying, and I'm glad I didn't pay the extra 500 the receptionist demanded after I'd already paid 100% online. The guy at reception was rude, too. This hotel works with OYO and other booking sites like Goibibo and Makemytrip, but customers keep reporting this extra-charge issue while those platforms still list it and take bookings. The whole arrangement feels like a sham.
