I travel often, and this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The receptionist treated us like we were in a refugee camp. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 9pm, even though we’d paid an advance. We came back an hour later and the same person said there were no rooms, despite the advance payment going through. The room itself was unclean, and the sheets were covered in stains. When we told room service, they said all their sheets were stained. Even if they offered a free stay, I’d say don’t book this FAB hotel. The customer service was awful.

We paid rs.1800 online for one night, and ended up stuck there because we’d prepaid. This is an apartment in a residential area turned into a hotel, and the rooms were filthy. The TV didn’t work, the AC had no remote so there was no way to change the temperature, and there were no towels or even hand soap. When we arrived late at night, the staff member was asleep in the room assigned to us. At the front desk, the guy told us not to ask questions and to leave if we didn’t like it. The staff were rude and irresponsible. A terrible place, stay far away.

The service was awful, and I’d never choose this hotel again. We’d booked for two people, but our child was traveling with us, so I asked the front desk about it and he said it was okay. Then another person turned up, demanded an extra 500, and behaved rudely. Before we could discuss it, he switched off the electricity. He seemed drunk and couldn’t understand English, which made communication difficult. He treated everyone who came rudely, not just us. My child had a fever and throat infection, so I asked for hot water; he told me to use water from the bathroom geyser. The bathroom was damaged too. Utter waste.

The agreed checkout time was 11am, but staff woke us rudely at 9:20am and demanded we leave within five minutes. They also didn’t provide the amenities listed when we booked. Earlier, they’d denied our confirmed booking when we arrived, saying there were no rooms, then put us in a room that had already been used. The sheets were dirty and torn, the walls filthy, the bathroom disgusting, and mosquitoes filled the room. When we asked for fresh sheets, they refused, saying they had none. The staff were very rude. This was the worst stay of my life, and it left me wondering whether online bookings can be trusted. Don’t fall for this scam room rental.
