Hotel GT Galaxy

We didn’t stay at this particular location because it wasn’t a good place for us. The room we were assigned looked miserable compared with the pictures: patches on the walls, a pathetic wardrobe, hair on the bedsheets, and poor washrooms. We asked for another location, but the customer executive arranged a different room that also had pathetic reviews, so we had to sort things out ourselves. We’d paid the full amount and expected Fab hotel to provide better service. It’s been three days and we still haven’t received the refund. If due diligence isn’t done on your end, I may report this to the consumer forum. Awaiting your reply. Thanks.

The staff weren’t helpful about our stay, and they didn’t have good manners when speaking to guests. I’ve never experienced this kind of service. We booked because we expected better from FAB Hotels and paid the full amount upfront. After we cancelled, the FAB Hotel franchise said a refund wasn’t possible because we had checked in. They present this as a 3-star hotel, but I don’t think it’s worth even one star. Please don’t consider staying here.

I tried to sort out a genuine booking issue, but the staff were rude and unprofessional from the start. They were dismissive, wouldn’t cooperate, and showed no basic courtesy or willingness to help. I expected some customer service, but I’ve never been treated this badly at a hotel. The way they spoke to me was unacceptable. I don’t recommend booking here. If respectful treatment and professional service matter to you, avoid this place. I won’t book again, and I’d advise others to stay away too.

The place is good, with an extraordinary room and a well-maintained lift. The bathing sap was very nice too.
