We booked three months ahead and kept checking in just to make sure the room we paid for would be ready. It still wasn’t. They put us in some random room, and five hours later the actual room was unavailable. When I asked what was happening, the staff ignored me. I even asked if they expected us to sleep in the lobby, and they replied, "Sleep wherever you want, we don't care." They also blocked our car with a carrier auto and refused to move it, so we were trapped. Whenever we asked them to sort anything out, they said, "We’ll provide it when we feel like it," and told us to get lost if we didn’t like it. Then they kicked us out at 9:00 PM. I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent, arrogant group. If being insulted and stranded in the middle of the night sounds fine to you, book here. Otherwise, stay far away from this dump.
