The rooms stank and had cockroaches everywhere. They charged us extra and didn’t return the money, so our team left and booked another hotel. Never book this place.

The rooms are cramped and the toilets smell bad. They asked for another 300 Rs at check-in. The only plus is that it’s near the main road.

They won’t negotiate on the price, and there isn’t even a basic soap bar. Shampoo wasn’t provided either. Not worth what they charge.

We first booked two nights online, then extended our stay to more than a week while in Velachery for my mom’s knee operation. Mgr Dhina was very helpful, and the security and cleaning teams were cooperative too. The room was decent, with a good cot, AC, and bathroom facilities. The location is easy to reach, and we could safely park the car on the street. A nice place to stay overall.
