I checked out after just two hours and lost what I’d paid, since I figured getting a refund would be impossible and this was how they cheated people. Cockroaches were all over the place as soon as the light came on. The TV wasn’t plugged in, and I was told the whole hotel had been without cable for two days because of an issue. The AC worked, but was extremely noisy, and there was no hot water even after the switch had been on for 30 minutes. When I asked to change rooms, the very uncourteous receptionist suggested I shower in a room in the basement. Worst experience ever. Oyo should remove hotels like this from its list.

The hotel is tucked away in a remote corner, and on arrival the reception demanded ₹2500 despite my Agoda booking being around ₹1400. I showed them my booking, but they refused to honor the confirmed price. They said I had to pay ₹2500 to stay or find another hotel. That’s misleading and completely unacceptable. If the hotel can’t provide rooms at the price listed on Agoda, it shouldn’t advertise there. This behavior was unprofessional and caused serious inconvenience. I’d strongly advise others to be careful before booking.

A smelly, unhygienic place, with the smell of alcohol and smoke everywhere. The rooms were poor too. I paid 2200 per room, which was a complete waste. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, I’d have been better off on the roadside. Never recommend it.

Room 003, the first one we were given, was in very bad condition and had water leaking. When we asked for another room, they said none were available. We got a second room only after complaining to customer care, and that one wasn’t in good shape either. The door lock was broken, which caused more trouble. The rooms weren’t clean, and the reception staff and service boy didn’t respond properly or speak professionally. Reception also insisted on an original ID even though we had a digital copy on our phone. We had to go out and get a printout, then they charged us ₹300 extra, which was unacceptable. The service was very poor. Please take action so this doesn’t happen to other guests.
