The breakfast was decent, with idli, dosa, eggs and bread. Getting a room was quick too, about ten minutes after we arrived, and the resort grounds were okay for a walk. The room size seemed fine for a 3-star place, and we liked the location. Still, the stay wasn't worth the money. The pool was a major letdown. We checked it around 4 PM after arriving at 2, and it was very dirty. Staff said they'd clean it that day, but it still wasn't ready by 10:30 the next morning. They then said it would be ready the following morning, but again it wasn't. Later, they told us to come back at noon and offered a 2 PM checkout. We had other commitments, so we couldn't use the pool and left at 10:30 instead. We spent most of our time in the room. The bed springs were in bad shape, making the mattress uncomfortable and giving me back pain and poor sleep. The AC and TV were very old. The AC stopped during the night for some reason, then worked again in the morning. I came with a child and expected a better play area, but it was too small for kids to enjoy. I was also worried about the glass window, which had no proper lock and was easy for my child to open. We stayed alert the whole time. Think twice before bringing family.
