There was no phone network in my room, and the bathrooms weren't hygienic. The rooms weren't good, and the service was poor. The service boy was never around when needed, and wouldn't answer when I called the number.

The bedsheets in the room were good, and the staff were nice. The manager was a very nice person who spoke well.

Dirty bedsheets and cockroaches in the room, plus tiny washrooms. The staff were very rude, especially the manager. Management refused to provide blankets and towels. This is the worst hotel in Chennai. You'd be better off at the railway station. I recommend not staying here at any cost.

I needed a cheap place for a few hours before catching my train, so I stayed here, knowing this is what can happen when you look for budget accommodation. The AC worked fine, but the rooms were dirty, small, and had no ventilation at all. Bathrooms were dirty too. There was a TV but no cable, and they didn't give toiletries like soap. Choice is yours 🙂
